Studios for Rent
Studio spaces are:
- For rent to visual artists
- Not lockable
- Various sizes are available
- Managed
- Offered under written agreement
- Rent is either short or long term
- Short term rentals (less than 6 months) commence at $200 per calendar month
- Long term rentals (6 months and over) commence at $160 per calendar month
By renting a studio, each artist will receive:
- Access to their own studio space
- Access to the building 7 days per week
- Free tea and coffee
- Kitchenette facilities
- Lounge area
- Reduced fees for exhibitions at the Easey St Gallery
